If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you received, we can easily arrange an exchange or a refund for you within 30 calendar days of receipt.Please keep the item(s) you want to return or exchange in its new condition . Most returns can be processed within 2-7 business days after we receive your package.

4. Full Refunds:

We offer full refund on any items that are found to be faulty or damaged due to our fault. Damage caused because of the fault of the third party or customer’s own fault cannot apply for refund.

All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging.

5. Shipping Costs:

For unwanted items, the return shipping costs should be borne by the buyer.
